Transform
AI Transformation Programme
Start at team scale. Prove value. Then scale what works.
The structured engagement that begins at team scale, proves value in a real environment, and co-creates the scaling roadmap with your stakeholders. Duration adapts to your scope, from a focused first experiment to a full organisational rollout.
Why most programmes fail
Sustainable AI transformation that lasts.
Most AI transformation programmes fail for the same reason: they are designed from the outside and deployed top-down. We do it differently. Start small. Prove value. Then scale what works.
The problem is not technology. The problem is sequence. Organisations buy the solution before they understand the problem. They roll out before they have proved anything. And they build dependency on external consultants instead of internal capability.
Our approach: start at the smallest useful scope, run real experiments, co-create the next steps based on evidence, and only scale what has worked. The first step is never a programme. It is an honest assessment.
| Common symptom | Root cause |
|---|---|
| Pilots that never scale | No scale criteria defined upfront |
| Team trained, but no change | Theoretical training disconnected from daily work |
| Lack of ROI | KPIs not defined before launch |
| Vendor dependency after engagement | Knowledge transfer treated as afterthought |

It can work, but we recommend starting with the AI for Product Owners programme first. A team with a shared AI foundation gets significantly more value from coaching than a team that's still in the orientation phase. If your team is genuinely starting from zero, we can sequence a foundation programme into the first month of the engagement, we'll scope this in the initial call.
-
Yes. We agree the monthly cadence at the start of each month based on your sprint calendar, planned design sprints, and specific priorities. Some months you'll want more days front-loaded before a big sprint; others might be lighter on in-person time with more async support. The 4–8 day range gives you that flexibility within a predictable retainer structure.
-
A typical 6-day month looks like this: 2 days of discovery coaching sessions with the PO/PM, 1 day of backlog review and prioritisation work, 1 day of design sprint facilitation or preparation, and 2 days of async support distributed across the month. At the end of the month we do a 30-minute review of what landed and what to prioritise next. The specific mix adjusts based on what's most valuable right now.

Build the AI foundation before coaching begins. Teams who've completed this programme get significantly more value from the embedded coaching engagement.
