  • Yes. While the programme uses Scrum ceremony structure as its working frame, Agile coaches will find the toolkit and AI practice coaching content directly applicable to their work across multiple teams. The ritual upgrade kit can be adapted to Kanban or SAFe contexts as well.
  • Ideally, run them in the same week — or combine both teams into the 2-day format. When the Scrum Master and PO/PM go through AI training together, they exit with shared tools, shared language, and a joint playbook that the whole team can align around from the very next sprint.
  • None required. We build all tools from scratch during the session. If participants have already been using AI tools informally, that experience is welcomed — but the programme is fully accessible to those who have never used Claude, ChatGPT, or any other AI assistant before.
  • We adapt. During the pre-session scoping call, we'll understand your framework and adjust the ritual upgrade kit accordingly. The AI toolkit and playbook approach works across Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid frameworks — the underlying principles transfer regardless of ceremony names.
