1. Who we are

Anteligen ("Anteligen", "we", "us", "our") is an AI training, coaching and transformation company operating in France and Belgium. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you interact with our website at anteligen.ai or use our services.

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We process data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national law.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact & enquiry data: Name, work email, company name, role, and primary challenge — collected when you submit the contact/assessment booking form.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, referral source — collected via analytics tools (see §6).
  • Cookie data: Technical cookies necessary for site operation, and optional analytics cookies (see §7).
  • Newsletter data: Email address and optional role field, if you subscribe to the Anteligen briefing.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, political opinions, biometric data, etc.).

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange your free AI Maturity Assessment session.
  • To send you the Anteligen briefing newsletter, if you have subscribed.
  • To improve our website and understand which content is most useful to visitors.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing

  • Legitimate interest — responding to enquiries and maintaining business relationships.
  • Consent — newsletter subscription and optional analytics cookies.
  • Legal obligation — where required by applicable law.

5. Data retention

Contact and enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years from last contact, unless you request earlier deletion. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until unsubscription. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised after 14 months.

6. Third-party processors

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Email delivery — Nodemailer / Gmail SMTP for contact form notifications. Data is not stored by the email provider beyond standard delivery logs.
  • Calendar booking — Calendly (optional), if you choose to book via the calendar widget. Subject to Calendly's Privacy Policy.
  • Website analytics — We use privacy-respecting analytics. No individual user tracking across sites. IP addresses are anonymised.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag — if enabled, tracks conversions from LinkedIn campaigns. Subject to LinkedIn's Privacy Policy.

7. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

  • Strictly necessary: Theme preference (dark/light mode). No personal data. Session storage only.
  • Analytics (optional, consent required): Aggregated traffic analytics. You can opt out at any time.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from newsletter).
