Where we started
The gap between AI ambition and AI adoption.
We spent years working inside organisations at the intersection of Agile and digital transformation. We watched the same pattern repeat: leadership excited about AI, teams unsure where to start, training budgets spent on generic programmes that produced no lasting change.
The AI tools existed. The ambition existed. What was missing was a structured, human-centred methodology for actually embedding AI into how teams work — one that combined the rigour of Agile with the practicality of real-world AI deployment.

Bruno brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of Agile transformation and digital product delivery. He has led AI capability programmes across financial services, technology, and public sector organisations in France and Belgium, and is the architect of Anteligen's Discover–Co-design–Deliver methodology.
LinkedInClément is a seasoned AI practitioner and product strategist with deep expertise in LLM integration, AI product development, and applied machine learning. He has built AI systems for teams ranging from 10-person startups to multinational enterprises, and leads all Create pillar engagements at Anteligen — from prototype sprints to full MVP builds.
