  • No prior experience with Claude or any specific AI tool is required. We introduce the tools from scratch, and all the setup — including the two Claude projects you'll take away — is done during the session. You need only bring your actual backlog and product context.

Running a mixed group tends to produce the best cross-team alignment outcomes.
