Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions we hear most.
From getting started to pricing and geography — everything you need to know before your first conversation with Anteligen.
01
Getting started
-
The free AI Maturity Assessment (30 minutes, no charge) is designed to answer exactly this question. A senior consultant maps your current AI maturity, identifies your highest-value opportunities, and recommends the right starting point. Most clients find the assessment gives them enough clarity to decide within the call. If you already have a clear programme in mind, you can also reach out directly.
-
A structured 30-minute conversation with a senior Anteligen consultant. We assess where your team genuinely stands today — no flattery, no fear-mongering — surface the two or three AI opportunities most relevant to your organisation, and recommend a concrete starting point. There is no cost, no commitment, and no sales pitch. You leave with direction regardless of whether we work together.
-
Yes. Most of our engagements start from zero or near-zero AI maturity. Our programmes are designed for business teams, not technologists — no coding background or prior AI experience is required for any of the Learn pillar programmes. The AI for Leadership, AI Skills Bootcamp, and AI Learning Shots programmes have all been delivered to teams with no prior AI experience.
02
Methodology
-
Three things make it different. First, every programme is co-designed around your specific context — your tools, your workflows, your team's challenges — not pulled from a standard curriculum. Second, 70% of each session is hands-on: participants work with real inputs from their own roles, not synthetic case studies. Third, every session produces real deliverables your team can use from day one — not certificates, not slide decks, not homework.
-
Before any session, we run a scoping call to understand your team's current AI maturity, the tools they use, the workflows they want to change, and the outcomes that matter most. The session agenda, examples, and exercises are then built around what we learn. You own the agenda from day one — we adapt to your context, not the other way around. This is why no two Anteligen sessions are identical.
-
All three. In-person sessions are available across France and Belgium, typically within the week. Remote sessions are available globally. Hybrid delivery — where part of the team is in person and part remote — is available for Learning Shots and other scalable formats. We will recommend the format that best fits your team's situation and learning goals during the scoping call.
-
Yes. Anteligen's core differentiator is the fusion of AI mastery with Agile principles. This means iterative delivery, rapid prototyping, continuous feedback loops, and a bias toward working things over comprehensive plans. Our consultants bring both deep AI expertise and Agile practitioner experience — which is why we are particularly effective with product teams and organisations already using Scrum or Kanban.

Programmes
-
Yes, and many clients do. The most common combinations are: AI Exec Briefing followed by AI Strategy and Roadmap; AI Skills Bootcamp followed by a Learning Shot series to sustain the learning; AI for POs and PMs combined with AI for Scrum Masters for a full product team upskill. Most clients who start with a single engagement return for a second programme within three months. We will recommend a sequence during the scoping call.
-
The AI Prototype Sprint (2 weeks, fixed scope) is designed to validate a concept and produce a working demo — the output is a functional prototype with a go/no-go recommendation for the MVP phase. The AI MVP Full Build (4–8 weeks) takes a validated concept and builds a deployable product, complete with team training, full documentation, and a V2 backlog handover. Most clients do the Prototype Sprint first, then proceed to the MVP Full Build if the Day 10 go/no-go assessment is positive.
-
Yes. Learning Shots are specifically designed for scale. Each 90-minute session can be delivered in hybrid mode — simultaneously in-person and remote — and can run across multiple cohorts in different locations on the same day. We have deployed Learning Shot series across teams of 100+ participants across multiple sites in France and Belgium. For large-scale deployments, we build a custom series structure during the scoping phase.
-
Yes. Every programme includes 30 days of follow-up access to your consultant for questions. For longer-term embedded support, the AI Product Coach programme provides ongoing monthly coaching (4–8 days per month). For organisations that want to sustain momentum after an initial bootcamp, we typically recommend a structured Learning Shot series over 3–6 months.
04
Practical
-
From a single leadership team (4–8 participants for the AI Exec Briefing) to company-wide programmes of 200+ participants delivered across multiple cohorts. The AI Innovation Sprint accommodates up to 30 participants in a single session. Most bootcamp and workshop formats work best with 8–16 participants per cohort — enough diversity of perspective without losing the hands-on ratio.
-
Fast. Senior consultants are typically available for an initial scoping call within 48 hours of your enquiry. In-person sessions across France and Belgium can usually be scheduled within the week. The AI Prototype Sprint requires a short scoping phase before the 2-week sprint begins — plan for approximately one week of preparation after contract signature. For Learning Shot series and bootcamps, we can typically run the first session within 7–10 days.
-
For most Learn pillar programmes, participants need a laptop and access to AI tools — we recommend specific tools during the co-design phase based on your organisation's preferences and IT security requirements. No proprietary Anteligen software is required. For the Create pillar programmes, tool selection is part of the sprint scoping process and we work within your organisation's existing technology environment wherever possible.
-
Yes. We frequently collaborate with internal L&D teams — either as the delivery partner for a programme designed in-house, or by designing a programme that L&D can adapt and sustain after our initial delivery. If you have an internal capability-building goal, mention it during the scoping call and we will design the engagement accordingly.
05
Investment
-
Learning and training programmes (Learn pillar) are structured as a day-rate or fixed session fee, with pricing that reflects team size and delivery format. Strategic and build engagements (Transform and Create pillars) are scoped individually — contact us for a proposal. All engagements begin with a free 30-minute scoping call before any pricing commitment is made. Full pricing details are on the Pricing page.
-
Yes. Many clients run a single Learning Shot or a one-day bootcamp with a pilot cohort before committing to a full series. This is a sensible approach: it lets your team experience the methodology, surfaces any organisation-specific adjustments needed, and gives leadership visible evidence before investing in a larger deployment. We actively encourage pilot engagements for multi-cohort programmes.
-
Yes. The AI Product Coach programme is a monthly retainer engagement (4–8 days per month, 3–6 month minimum) designed for product teams that want embedded AI expertise on an ongoing basis. For training programmes, we can also structure multi-cohort annual arrangements with organisations that want to build AI fluency systematically across a larger workforce.
06
Geography
-
Anteligen is based in Belgium with active operations across France and Belgium. Senior consultants are available for in-person engagements throughout both countries — typically within the week. Remote and hybrid engagements are available to organisations globally, though our core in-person market is France and Belgium.
-
Yes. We are available for in-person sessions across France and Belgium, including Paris, Brussels, Lyon, Lille, Ghent, Antwerp, and other locations. Travel within these regions is typically included in the engagement scope. For sessions in other locations, please mention your location in your initial enquiry and we will confirm availability and any travel logistics.
-
Yes. All programmes can be delivered in French or English. Session materials, workbooks, and deliverables are available in both languages. For bilingual teams — common in Belgium — we can also deliver in a mixed-language format where discussions happen in the participant's preferred language. Please mention your language requirements during the scoping call so we can assign the right consultant.
